What kinds of organisations do you work with?+
We work primarily with established organisations — those with existing teams, existing operations, and at least a few years of operating experience. We find that this is where questions about innovation practice tend to be most genuinely useful to think through together.
How long does a typical engagement take?+
It depends on the engagement. An Innovation Planning Session is typically a single day's work spread across a short preparation period and a three-hour session. An Opportunity Exploration Engagement usually runs over six to eight weeks. We discuss timeline with you before the engagement begins so that expectations are clear on both sides.
Do you work with organisations outside of Kuala Lumpur?+
Most of our engagements are based in the Klang Valley, though we have worked with teams elsewhere in Malaysia when the nature of the work made that sensible. We are open to discussing your situation directly.
What does a written deliverable typically look like?+
Our written outputs are formatted as reading documents — not presentation decks. They are meant to be read carefully rather than skimmed. Depending on the engagement, they may be between five and twenty pages, written in plain English, and structured to support a leadership conversation rather than to stand alone as a final word.
How do we begin?+
The most natural first step is a short conversation — usually thirty minutes — where we listen to what you are trying to understand and share whether we think one of our engagements might be a suitable fit. You can reach us through the contact form on this page, or by calling us directly.
What is the pricing structure?+
Each engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-fee. The Innovation Planning Session is MYR 820, the Opportunity Exploration Engagement is MYR 3,240, and the Innovation Practice Review is MYR 3,460. These fees are all-inclusive for the defined scope — we do not add supplementary charges after the engagement begins.
Is the work confidential?+
Yes. All engagements are treated as confidential. We do not share client names, industry details, or the substance of our work without explicit consent. A non-disclosure agreement is available at your request and is included as standard in most engagements.
